They've had so many powerful weapons, and it didn't make sense the way they just completely imploded. It's unfortunate a lot of those weapons left or just outright retired, but they've still got enough to be a legitimate threat in a strong division.

It didn't make sense? A coach that divided the locker room and a myriad of injuries, retirements and legal issues (looking at you, Aldon) left them depleted on both sides. They didn't want to play for Harbaugh and the team was on the outside lookong in before the off-season even ended.

Shanahan was only good with Falcons and only for 1 year.. every other year he has either destroyed the QB or been lousy
also, there's definite collusion going on between pats and 49ers.
the playcalling in the 2nd half of the superbowl was purposely done in order for the pats to win with a deal Shanahan had for Garoppolo.
Why would the pats trade a proficient qb with a great skill-set (this was even said before he went the 49ers) for a 2nd round pick to the 49ers when there was a 1st round pick offer and everyone knows they could have gotten more than a 2nd for him; along with the fact that Brady will need a replacement soon..
Exactly. Also, Shanahan knew he was 49ers coach even before the SB ended.. but he had no QB. Now he has a franchise qb and a protected job at the expense of a ring from a franchise he won't even be with

Honestly, I like jimmy I’d rather send him to a team that knows how to win instead of Cleveland for a 1st

Wish we kept him tho, wish Brady would of retired

5 games actually, but I understand your point. Out of curiosity, do you think that 46 games would be enough data?

Let's say that after his 46th game with San Francisco, Garoppolo has won 24% of his starts, a 1.3:1 td/int ratio and 250 passing yards per game. Do you think that would be enough data to conclude that the 49ers should move on from him?

god damn hanging Bortles out to dry lmao
