so is this image correct? why?

i dont see any reason why you cant do full ROM? obviously dont lift your elbow up. but as long as your elbow is kept at your side then it should be fine right?

You're likely missing benefits from keeping your biceps fully engaged at the top of full ROM

Go as far as you can while keeping the biceps muscle engaged with some stronk MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION, use it when engaging the eccentric part of the movement as well.
If you can see your biceps relax anywhere during the movement, you're doing it wrong.

When you read this and it didn't make sense, go pete curls.

Why wouldnt you want to go full rom, espevially supinated curls?
