correct. you wont even use all of the elbow flexors adequately without going through a full range of motion.

The only thing I could see that MAY be wrong is the fact that he may have had an anterior tilt of the scapula in the "wrong" picture, but it's hard to judge with a shirt and with his size lol

i noticed pete moves the weight backwards before pulling it up as if to use momentum

or just drops his shoulder a bit

yea, i'm doing tricep kick backs as well, hammer curls aren't only for your biceps

The weights too heavy for him so he has bad form in that vid. Don’t curl like that

yea, only curl like that if you're already aesthetic, strong, and handsome


that way you can just show off while you waste time and people who don't know a whole lot about lifting think you're strong

Basically this. It’s an isolation exercise not a full body one. You do look good though :thumbsup:

Thanks, i owe it all to the 1/3rd of a cycle i did 7 years ago, and my obsession with having perfect form on every single lift i do
