THIS IS IT NICK "Napoleon Dynamite" Foles, THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN PREPARING FOR!

Let's just stay positive and remember that less than five years ago, Nick Foles was in the SAME position. How did he handle it?

Nick Foles 2013 season was one of the greatest seasons for a QB in NFL History.

119.2 QB Rating - #1 in the NFL (3rd highest in NFL History)
27 Touchdowns vs 2 Interceptions (2nd best TD-INT Ratio in NFL history)
9.12 YPA - #1 in the NFL

This is why the Eagles grabbed Foles, this is why they ensured they had a good backup option. This is it, this is your time to shine Napoleon. DO NOT LET US DOWN!

Let that cannon of an arm loose and fire away my friend. DO WORK SON

Most optimistic Philly fan I've ever seen. Foles is a decent backup but the eagles are done..

they may win one.

I'm assuming they'll have homefield advantage their first game.

We won the division. There is no assuming. We will have one home game.

I think they have a small chance, probably less than 5%, they'd need a lot of luck, if they were in the AFC there chances would be much higher, they'd just have to beat the Patriots to make it to the superbowl lol. Hypothetically, I'd take the Eagles over the Steelers in a divisional playoff game even with Foles. Pittsburghs D is hot garbage especially with no Shazier.

People act like the Eagles don't have one of the NFL's best defenses, and a top 2 run defense.

With lots of weapons at RB, TE, and WR.

The offensive line as banged up as it is (replacing Jason Peters, etc) is still pretty good as well.

Foles will be fine. Is he Wentz? No. But he's a capable starter who has shown in the past (2013) that he can do some pretty special things.

It's not like this is some unproven young guy stepping in at QB. This is a veteran, and a guy that has had an elite season before. He has tasted winning, and has led a team (the Eagles ofc) before. Oh, and he also tied the NFL record for most touchdowns in a single game (7) just 4 years ago as well. So yeah, we're pretty confident in him doing as good of a job of replacing Wentz as you can ask for your backup.
