2013 season was magical for Foles, dude was ripping the league apart out of nowhere.

One thing that Foles does bring is a cannon of an arm, that's ONE area where we can say he is better than Wentz (not that Wentz has a weak arm by any means). Foles has a cannon, and as we recall in 2013 he was an absolute monster with the deep throws.

He's no Wentz, but I think Foles can be good enough to help us make a deep run hopefully.

Foles can throw the deep ball, very well.

Strength is not the concern, he can get it down field very well, if anything is going to be a problem it will be the decision making and accuracy with the deep ball (which was an issue outside of 2013). In 2013 Foles led the NFL in passes that traveled 20+ yards, in addition to leading the league in YPA.

Again, this was also when the offensive line was a beast. If he gets the time he is a pretty solid QB. He's not going to do what Wentz can do which is make something out of nothing, and that will ultimately be what we miss.

The timing is pretty decent. At least he has 3 full games to get the offense down.
