in general cruel is better but against barbs n paladins fools is usually better

If you just gonna get 1 claw, then Go for fools.

cruel > fool

cloak of shadows and cruel is virtually the same attack rating as fools but with better damage average.

plus physical trap skills benefit well from raw base claw damage.

take blade shield for instance. it can practically double your overall physical damage output, because of its additional hit check while you ww.

not only that but blade shield works with deadly strike and claw mastery critical bonus, both of which have a chance to double the damage it deals on top of your ww.

Dmg dont mather If you dont hit... you wanna make a 102/48 eq to own all with. Blade shield is 1/4th of dmg or smt.

Make ur calculation again. Calculate 4 hits with fools vs 2 hits with cruel, and dont forget the ow/ds/crushingblow chance you just mentioned, and the psn dmg. Hell, calculate 2 hits blade vs 1 hit blade as add as well.

u can hit just as much with a cruel as you would a fool with the right set up bro. cloak, hsarus boot/belt works great.

With the retarded way ww does hitchecks it makes little difference

Losing the possibilities for 102fcr and loosing 15%ds, 15% crush, 10% ow.... Rather harsh.... Cloak of shadow works even better on a fool's claw.



Thats why you should use fast fool's and slow chaos. Such that fool's become main hand after wsm.
