So with changing that CPU and adding 16 GB ram instead if the current 4 GB i got
i will be able to load -> 8x Diablo II and playing counter strike 1.6 , while i am downoading a movie all this running at once , without getting lag spikes , ect... ?

Yes provided your Internet is fast enough to handle the in/out bound traffic.

Yes but barely, and not for what you are going to use it for, just make sure you have enough total ram and that it's compatible with your motherboard/CPU

Well , thanks , anyway i will try to get as good RAM as possible , who knows i may want to overdose my PC with harder programs and games :p
hood 16 GB ram is with high MHz and what else?
Can you write me a list with good RAMs 16GB?

imo
as reading ur current build (i3 4160 and 4 gb ram), just add 2 gb ram more to make total 6 gb
cheap as f...as an upgrade

But when my windows downloads updates or it is Archivating and during that time i am doing the things i listed the lag spikes is massive took s me 1 min yo refresh a page and the games lag spikes as hell
