What parts from my current PC i need to change so when i load 8x Diablo instances to not get absolutely no lag spkes on any of them if meanwhile i have load Counter strike 1.6 aswell and i am downloading a movie , ect... all this thing running at same time?

CPUID CPU Name Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4160 CPU @ 3.60GHz

NOTE: I want to remain with the same win7 Ultimate

The board you have is a haswell and that cpu is compatible.
You may need to update the bios but this doesn't concern you as the tech will be able to do it.

As for the memory, I'm not sure what you have now tbh.
Though upgrading it is as simple as sliding more or higher capacity sticks into a slot.

Hmmm what u mean update the BIOS, where is it ? So i need new.BIOS + i5 + 16 gb ram?
Just checked i got 4 GB ram atm

its a software thing for the mobo,
but once again you need not concern yourself with this.
Whom ever is installing said cpu will know about it and will address it if need be.
