The referee has indeed seen Ramos in the tunnel and put it in his match report according to @miguelitocope. Likely ban for the first leg of the semi-final.

must be a clear ban, everything else would be a disgrace.

he even had an argument with allegri during the penalty scene.

The rule requires the player to be on "pitch level", which he wasn't (as he was below the steps that lead to the field), for there to be a ban. So I doubt there will be a ban.
