you don't have any days dedicated to conditioning?

been out of practice for a couple years and most likely won't go back, but i had a 6 day routine, 2 days sparring 3, 6, 10 rounds, 1 day speed and technique training (mostly pads), then the other 3 days solo conditioning.

that's a fucking intense routine.

I've been out of grappling for years guildie. Just got back into it today. My old ass is hurting lol

Yeah, monday and tuesday are usually for conditioning, but we are not training on a pro level so we use to train specific techniques too.
