been out of practice for a couple years and most likely won't go back, but i had a 6 day routine, 2 days sparring 3, 6, 10 rounds, 1 day speed and technique training (mostly pads), then the other 3 days solo conditioning.
that's a fucking intense routine.
Yeah, monday and tuesday are usually for conditioning, but we are not training on a pro level so we use to train specific techniques too.
