i dunno why you'd restrict the areas to act 1 nm
you can nm andy glitch to get quest drops while going onto act 2 and act 3, clearing everything up to flayer jungle or so
done in an 8 player game with 7 afk leecher bots if possible, but otherwise just 1 player, either way its better to keep clearing areas in the same game until you've hit the 3rd ring

this makes much more sense than rinsing and repeating with the method OP gives.

well shoulda read your posts first X_X

here was what I was thinking about:
according to dropcalc on indiablo I need to get 1 SoJ
(all in nightmare difficulty, taking monster with highest drop chance)
1235 bugged Andariel kills
1742345 normal minions kills
157947 champion kills
73242 boss kills

just to mention some...

let us put it at 688mf (+some merc kills):
(all in nightmare difficulty, taking monster with highest drop chance)
1203 bugged Andy
71432 bossmonster
154055 champions
553813 normal minions kills

lets take scenario2:
1203 / andy = 1203 x 2 minutes = 601,5 minutes ~ 10hrs
71432 / boss = 71432 / 7(per run) --> ~10204 runs needed ~ 340hrs
154055 / champions = 154055 / 7x3(per run) --> ~7335 runs needed ~ 244hrs
553813 / normal minions = 553813 / 200(good count) --> 2769 runs needed ~ 92hrs

in 24hrs:
2,4 + 0,07 + 0,09 + 0,26 = 2,82 SoJ in 24hrs

while counting this I stop continuing my runs...

Even if you do all areas which means way more time. I was counting 2 minutes for all above already.
As you can see almost all SoJ drops will come from Andariel...
So if you plan to farm SoJs onyl, stick with Andariel(bugged) on nm.
Assuming a sorc with 6ist sword 4ist monarch on switch and 3xtal+shako+occu+chancies+travs+60rings+some charms
you might get 700mf+
which means, no need strange things, just go for andy.
all theoretical, no empiric prove on my side.

all I can prove is that this whole kill all stuff is just not working.

So you need just 3 unique rings right? in best case first one is already SoJ
mlvl has to be 39-52 right? as 53 is Dwarf/Raven

I dunno what you read but this is the exact same thing I said that should be done, then leave on 3rd unique ring droped
This is what changes everything in the calculations
Theres many pages in this post but everything got explain in the deepest details over time ^^

I just did all areas 39-52. Way better results. First run 1 unique ring, 3 rare rings, 2 rare amus, 10 jools, and ofc charms etc
ias+fireres jool :)
I think I will give it a try now. Gonna park 3 mules in 4 more drops.
Has anybody a Link for dropchances? Don't know exactly what "players in area" mean. Same act or same screen?

Yeah run full areas 39-52 like I mentionned through the long discussion over the pages ;p
Youll get more bonus drops if players are partied and less than 3 screens away
Best is to run pure mf barbs with item find instead of just mules ;)

Oh and if you get too many players, your aura + merc's one wont be able to insta clear
So my actual setup is 2auradins + 2find item barbs
After 8th day running, average soj per day is 13.63
I found out that there is more profit to be made from craft material/scs/circs/jewels than the sojs actually
So make sure you pick all relevent stuff cuz theres some pretty good stuff to be found at those Alvl

can't play 4 characters on my own :(
anyways I don't think barbs can keep up with killing speed :D

2barbs using double wiz to tele (105fcr) and 2x 6ist swords can keep up the pace as they share the job
2x auradins allow insta clear in 4 players games
And they all stay close together so bonus is applied

an aurasorc already deals nearly double the pulse damage of a hard-skill auradin on this setup, no reason to have 2 chars

I tried both
My personnal pref after many days of testing in single player
To actually be able to clear faster, the sorc will lose half the mf the auradin has, and since shes the one killing, an other 300% from the merc that often gets the kills
