We didn't have the absolutely massive sanctions ongoing, at the time. I mean wtf UN? Almost the entire world is sanctioning NK, to force them into giving up the nukes.
How does the UN think giving fuel to human rights folks will help. It's like anti-sanction. LOL

I hope for you that you are realizing it's a political stance, they are perfectly aware of whats going on, and so on, after the meeting they are formalizing by doing this kind of statement.

Ofc there is cleaer evidence of humanitarian need in NK. It's called sanctions. ^^

And if we lifted all sanctions the labour camps would still exist. NK isn't fucked just because of sanctions dude. The sanctions are there because NK is fucked.
