that's been the message on the bottom of every Yahoo News article for more than a year now.

pretty wild, because it was shut down mostly due to 2 reasons:

1. overwhelming negative reactions to Yahoo constantly posting terrible content and their algorithm forcing style/fitness/gossip articles on readers

2. someone set up a bot, not to downvote stories, but to vote in massive numbers for the sideways thumb, aka the "meh" reaction

it's a bizzaro world we live in when a female athlete gets the boot from womens competition for the advantages she was born with while a male weight lifter who competed in the mens division is going to the olympics to compete against women. i don't think he's going to get gold due to slipping in recent years but it does pave the way for womens sports turning into a bad joke
