Hell he's gone 15 levels on his guardian and posted 6 times already. Like just stop, your 200 mana tier 3 item is not a failed drop, its shit. Your charm you want to switch 20 strength onto is poop. Maybe you can cast with it to build your earth prof, you'll not want to actually damage enemies to do this, as you get prof faster of course.
It failed because it has pretty much every useful mod excluding EE.
