I always attribute it to the larger head size, therefore bigger brain size...

big breeds don't need to assert their presence to everyone else, so to speak. napoleon syndrome is real.

although the profile of someone who owns chihuahuas and poodles is also very different of those with huskies and german shepherds. when you live in small apartments you have to get a small dog usually, and they end up living cramped with little room to move and play - specially a problem when no one's home to look after the doggo.

I agree that you do seem to get that attitude with owners of small dogs more often, from an anecdotal standpoint anyways.

Leaving dogs home alone is the problem too. Some will bark non stop if nobody is in the house. I think that is the case for some of the dogs in the neighborhood.

Perhaps I notice it more now that people are going back to work.

sorry I grew up where hazing and messing with people was tolerable not in a world where every little thing thats done and said is an issue

not saying homophobia and racism is acceptable but some of the hazing and "bullying" that is highlighted is stuff I have seen even in highschool sports
didn't need to read another article from this guy after I just read one on how bad of a person steve downie is
