Maybe it just fell off, look in the bottom of the tank if might be there..

The hose fills up your bowl at the same time of your tank after a flush. What's happening right now is that only your tank is filling up so there's not enough water to completely flush. I bet it works fine every two flushes ?

uhm that wierd lol i dont think anything came come out of there since theres no hole in it but if i put water directly in the overflow while flushing its fine

Hmm well it may be a different mechanism then.. Never seen the little hole where the hose connect capped like that. How does the water go into the bowl then ?

Looks like it's a different type of ballcock, I just never had seen it before. There's got to be a way that the water goes into your bowl as the tank fills up.. What kind of toilet is it ?

I see. Well sorry I'm not familiar with this type of mechanism. I think what's happening is that no/not enough water is going in the bowl when the thank is filling up, but idk how the water is supposed to go there. Maybe the holes under your bowl rim are clogged ?
