Any plumber here? My toilet doesnt flush all the way down since a few days, theres always 3-4 inch of water left although my tank is full function properly

Make sure the little hose is inside the tube in the toilet tank. And make sure that when the tank fills up there's water coming out of the little hose as well.

Which hose?
