I know the problem goes far beyond him but it looks like the players don't want to put in the effort for him anymore.

Major problem with the Oilers is the old boys club mentality.

They need to stop the nepotism and get some people in the organization who actually know wtf to do.


Draisatl has been putting up elite numbers for 6 years, Mcdavid for seven.

How can you not put together a winning team with those two. They are consistently giving you 100+ point seasons if you factor in games missed from covid.

It's embarrassing. Seeing such talent squandered is painful to watch.
