Coa (imo coa>visio in general) , also when using coa you get fhr and res from it so nn for gay hybs like eod

trangs/bfists
hlords (rarely used angelics vs hdonks since highlords ds is just too good)
raven+raven/abs/rare
gores
bb/arach/dungos
+mix of max ar lifers and ar lifers.
worked like a charm.
vs pub smiters one tactic was to just keep walking with holy freeze on and at some point they stop trying to tele stomp and charge lock you. While they charge block drops to almost nuthin and you have a chance to zeal at them. Boring i know but i never rly found any other working options
I dont see any dr except from bb? its kinda useful against dudus/bvcs/bowas etc so CoA>visio imo. Also you lose the dr from enigma when using eod so regular eni could be more useful at times
e/ also unsummon lock works wonders vs defensive chars
e/e/ grief pb vs golem slow/decrepify etc

And for budget Inventory get something like :
- Paladin Torch : Best what you can get
- Annihilus : Best what you can get
- Sc's, Lc's, Gc's : Max / Ar / Life

Thx for comment anyway, and about Dr%, 20% is enough vs any non block chars, vs melee should stack more. excample i dont have any problems vs dudu or bvc with 20% Dr
And high Ar is important in pubs so using Angelics is better choise imo and with Ias gloves you can get str/dex what means more life and it keeps you alive with low EQ. It is all about own prefer but nice inputs anyway.
