Apparently Hartman went on a wilderness trip and has no cell phone service whatsoever. He may not even know he's traded and Dallas couldn't contact him to give him the QO.

His mom also confirmed that he still doesn't know that he was traded. It's hilarious cuz he's like off the grid to relax, and then gets traded

I assume they could have still sent the QO to his agent though, no ?
