According to Darren dreger the return would be stolorz. Idk why philly would do this lol, I gotta assume we’d be sending talbot + ,maybe benning? He was just put on ir for tonight’s game with ubi. If we are considering sending any draft pick our management team should be frozen till further notice
yeah i watched trade deadline shit on tsn site last night and he was like maybe the return is stolarz maybe its mackenna
those are 2 very different valued goalies i dont think people have any idea of phillys goaltending tbh if they think we should trade stolarz for talbot or say it could be stolarz or mackenna like they are equal lol

What's wrong with Talbot?
Seems like he would be a good backup for hart
we have 2 capable young goalies with a pretty capable 3rd goalie in elliot
why go out and bring in another goalie whos 31 to "mentor" hart forcing stolarz through waivers to get claimed or to rot as 3g stunting development when hart seems like he doesnt even need a mentor

I imagine they want a more reliable backup for this season to push for the playoffs. Stolarz has played well but is often injured.
I agree... I think a fresh start will suit him well. Playing in Edmonton cant be good for confidence.
we have hart+stolarz+elliot what dont you get about that? we dont need talbot for a decent backup we have 2 already
and honestly playoffs are a stretch at this point 8 pts is a lot to make up when the teams in front of you are also winning and if we trade simmonds our team likely gets weaker
