He really is. He looks slow and weak out there. He consistently get stripped of the puck when he hold it for too long and he never wins any battles.

It's been known jets want another 2nd line center. Like statsny last year, scheifele and wheeler have been playing together and tearing it up. Getting stone would mean they could move wheeler to the 2nd line C (and not aquire an centerman) and that would benefit laine imo.

Apparently Eeli Tolvanen is a possibility out of Nashville, which excites me. I'd be happy with Tolvanen + pick or a roster player like Fiala
