Randy, you ever play at Scottsdale Silverado or w/e ?
I played there yesterday. Was in pretty good shape, fun, very easy tho. Slow greens, so you can charge every hole. Shot a 71... I'm not that good but you can hit all over the place and still have a good line at the green.

No I haven't, too far out of the way for me lol.


I played today after work, second round of full lefty, I am now done with lefty. I shot an 89, I've been practicing a lot this past week and it showed. Felt like I was swinging my natural swing, it was a lot easier than I thought and I broke 90 so I'm good. I may still dick around with it from time to time but I'm back to righty after this round haha.

Although, I am making the switch to left handed putting permanent. I've never putt so well before in my life, it's such a huge difference.

Golfed today, back to righty but lefty putting. Was kind of a bad day. Went with 2 buddies and then one of my buddy's coworkers. Well, his coworker has golfed a few times before but never seriously. I basically taught him how to golf so my game was kind of just meh (shot 16 over) but I wasn't focusing on me at all.

He on the other hand shot a 69 on the front and a 42 on the back. My friends always give me shit like "Can you believe they let him teach golf?" just joking around and stuff, they shut up today haha. All in good fun though, they know I know what I'm talking about and doing, but seeing it was just the icing on the cake and I felt good knowing he improved.

first time being on a real course, shot a 69 (+32)
was fun though.

That's what it's all about. Once you start to get upset and stop having fun, there's no point being on the golf course anymore.



Also, Sundays were my golf day, football is back, not going to be golfing nearly as much anymore, if at all.

I went to top golf 3 times this week, Tweaked my swing a little and found alot more consistency and a little more range.

I was hitting my 6 about 175-180 off the ground, I still cant drive the ball with big clubs for shit but im really solid with my irons.

indeed, i find it just as mentally tough as physically.

Golfed on Tuesday. Shot even par but I just did not have fun playing. Had fun with the people I was with, shot well but did not enjoy the game. Taking a break and I'll come back in a month or so maybe.

I have my first round in around 3 months tomorrow. havnt been practicing much because of the new baby and school and shit so it probably wont be pretty

yeah that was insane rounds
