we both know shes a dirty crook, but lets be honest. if she left a discarded cellphone around or worse sold it to one of those resale sites it would be a national security risk. comparing that risk to 60$ from a resale company i'd hammer it too. destroying the email server is the real smoking gun.

I think the point is the media / fact checkers carrying water for her by blatantly spinning mistruths.
Like all the fact checkers that backed up her '13 intelligence agencies' nonsense.

the media has it's fault, but i also blame the GOP gang that made that fail of a deposition happen for however many hours it drug on for. they beat that nearly dead horse into a pulp and now no one cares about HRC's indiscretions, plus there's a pile of misinformation on both sides. From the right's "Comey acted well outside the law, she was clearly 100% guilty by the law and should be in prison" to the left's "she dindu nuffin".

As you said, she's a crook.

She should ultimately face some jail time, if not for the whole email controversy then for the other crimes she's committed.

I'm pretty sure Trump made a deal with the Clinton's / liberal elites though. Doubt she'll be prosecuted at this point.
