Why? Hard to get the vinyl to stick? I can't see the body curve to be that much of an issue, depending on the boat obviously.

Never wrapped a boat, but I imagine that would be the issue. That and perhaps the sheer size of the pieces. But I've wrapped quite a few semis so I'm pretty used to that lmao

Not so much the curve as it is the contours that are packed in really close while going around the back corner. The interior was the worst though. Those counsels have a ton of pockets where the vinyl was just stacked. Was a lot more prep work than a car or truck too. Lots of knifeless tape, adhesive promoter, and edge sealant. Was pretty fun though. Took us about 8 hours. I think with some practice a team of two could get it down to 5 or 6 with all the prep and finish on a similar boat.

Ahhh yeah, I didn't think you had to wrap the interior console or anything. That's.... a whole other monster to tackle.

How big was the boat?

It's only an 18'6" boat. Used just over half a kit for the entire boat.

I would think you could get 3 boats (exterior only) out of a kit if you were really careful about placement and usage.

After winter my dad had it for a few days and I got it back with no second gear. Once the transmission was rebuilt I was having oil pressure issues, bearings were fucked. Motor rebuilt essentially again. Has a small cam in now opposed to the giant one before, made 515 rwhp on a really muggy day. Good times.

Focus was a really good deal so I picked it up, we'll see if I hang onto it after winter is gone. Still want an ATS V

I want an ATS-V too. Sorry about the issues you had. I hope you get to enjoy it now.

I ended up on 1320 video last night running a 900whp hellcat.
