Pretty much any surfy coastal Australian town is pretty renowned for being hipster pot heads, but especially around the Gold Coast, Queensland where some of the best surf beaches are. A town called Nimbin is like a 30 minute drive in land from there and it's basically a whole hipster town in the bush thats dedicated to selling weed. Police just kind of turn a blind eye to it.
