lol, your placement matches give like 50 elo first, then over the next 20 or so games it widdles down to give 30 and finally the usual 13 or so.

Something like that

Placements.. I suspect in 3-4 games I'll be down to the 13 shift.

Game 17: Awful game for me. My focus was off, and I died to amumu ganks over and over. Was getting angry which just caused even more mistakes.




Game 18: Teemo top, did well my poke was stronger so they couldnt lane that well. Luckyly their ganks were poor and I was able to escape from "most" of them. Tried out a wack build, didnt care for it too much. Forgot to SS after game.




Game 19: Ad as Varus, rumble decided to random a support, but he played really well. He didn't communicate other than the occasional ping but his ward coverage was nice, and his e + ult made for nice disengages. Did so-so overall

Game 20: Another awful game. I underestimated Skarner's base damages. (Which are ridiculously high) and my jungler ignored every lane, causing a massive snowball. And out of spite for giving advice on jungling, he kept shoving my waves when I backed.Overall terrible game.




Game 21: First game as ashe, was a little nervous versing the blitz-ezreal combo, but laning phase went really well, plus the sona/volley harassed allowed us two to win most skirmishes. Was on a 3death streak though when they hit level 7. Their damage output was a very strong and I kept getting hooked :/




Game 22: Teemo top again, vs fizz.. Was an overall crappy game.. Our xin jungle raged and decided to not help, and the duo wasn't good at all. Fizz eventually got too bursty and I wasn't able to 1:1 him.. Picked teemo to vs singed, and got fizz. My luck :/

Game 23: Last game of the night, ad corki. Laning phase went amazing. Team fights though were awful. No one poisitoned themselves properly, and I had 0 peel for irelia ( who ended up getting quite farmed). We went from 10 kill advantage to losing by 3. A few good malphite engages and we were back in the lead with baron and pushing towers..

I'm enjoying your progression even if it's not your first one. ty

Thanks. I wanted to do it like this though, to see my own progression but also to look back and learn from mistakes. Rather then just take the loss and move on, I can come here and see what I did wrong..

I didn't add this but am going to now. I would appreciate any advice, whether on build/ how to lane/ anything really that you see could be improved!!

I love Teemu top, but I have a beef with doran+wriggles.

If you're going offtank, you'll want to choose either dorans or wriggle's.

Triple doran is 30 damage, 9% life steal, 240 HP, 1425 gold.
Wriggle is 15(?) damage, 23 armor, 10% lifesteal, and ward city, 1600 gold.

Personally, I hate wriggle, due to the timing at which you get it (mushroom wards), and the fact it's less efficacious than three doran blades on the whole. However, people a lot better than me still build it, so it can't be bad.

Wriggle double doran (2550 gold) is great for harass and sustain, but does not compare to phage double doran (2275 gold)/movequick when it comes time to help your jungler secure a gank, or if you start roaming.

Even if I didn't hate wriggle, I'd have skipped it that game, due to their team comp. Ditching armor in favor of Magic Res would have been good in teamfights (singed, luxlazor, Fizz). Teemo likes both Wit's End and Hexdrinker/Maw.

Cho is particularly hard to push out of lane, since a healthy portion of Teemo's damage is residual, and Cho heals it off like nothing, so I'd have just farmed against him until I couldn't farm anymore, then roam like a boss with phage/FM
