It's gone from 205 earlier this year for a single to 225 for sets of 5. It's going up.

It was JTS, but I basically had two days a week for bench, one I would accessorize with horizontal movements and triceps, and the other day I’d supplement with shoulders and and triceps.

Now, I have an actual coach doing my programming and lifting with me.

Been drinking and smoking for about 3 months straight, tried to squat 100kg for 3x5, ran out of breath after 3 reps did half a set of bicep curls and left. Still fittest lad on this sub forum though
