applying for summer coherts for residency programs all across the country.. Wife is pretty bad ass and is willing to hop up and move =)

Hit my goal of 605 a few months back at 220 pounds. Been moving back to 200 as I enjoy that lifestyle more. 455*3 495*3 and 525*3 with a hypertrophy set of 315*23, didn't make it to 25.

Pulldowns, 4x10 random weight cable row 4x10 random weight, back extension 3x10 no weight.

Feeling a bit weaker at a sustained 210.

I tried out and really enjoy bouldering plus I'm moving to an area in interior bc near a good ski mountain so I'd Ike to pick that life style up again as it's been a while. Moving back into more of a fitness lifestyle vs pure gym rat.
