Lol like 300 lbs? I don't think I ever go that low, not even for warm ups. I can post a 300kg once my current training block ends.

professionals? you mean professionals in injury rehab and biomechanics? because they know 100x more than a professional in a sport. 99% of athletes have no idea why what they do works, or whether something else works better.

Yeah yeah yeah but the tip toe injurious tucking definitely helps me lift more
