hyperbole, but close to the truth. its very serious when its thousands of people's profession and influences the health of hundreds of millions. the standard of information and quality of training is absolute garbage. JTS, one of the more popular strength sport meccas out there, claims to use scientifically validated methods and sell educated training advice. their book is literal scrap paper. mark rippetoe knows nothing about how the body should function in a squat or deadlift. omarisuf is a legitimate retard.

i would never be the strongest in the world because im 6' 1" and choose not to use performance enhancing drugs/commit my life to something so mildly important as the pursuit of strength.
