Worried about him ditching in 2 years once he finds out the NFL is a different beast compared to college. He loves to use health reasons as an excuse to ditch at the first sign of trouble.

Hopefully he hires experienced NFL guys to be on his coaching staff.

Urban Liar going to get busted like Saban, which arguably for the Jags, is still a marked improvement from recent years

Well that should be on the jags then. Surround him with a potential heir as well as experienced coaches.

He'll be the one hiring his staff.

It all starts with the QB though and we'll have that locked up with Lawrence. We'll see how the rest falls into place.

Yea im sure hes hiring his own staff, but if I was the jags I'd want a potential heir hired as well if nothing else
