I gotta get something going, fast. Found out I have coronary artery disease today. 4 people in my family have had heat attacks 2 died from it. So, thinking of a low key regiment to start again. I can't post selfies right now. Ya'll with dual monitors wouldn't be able to fit my fat ass up here.
Start with walking / moving your body more
Gradually increase
If you join a gym add things like bike / rower once you’re fitter
Add in weights and maintain cardio
You’re the only person who can start.
Start slow and gradually increase as you see improvement
Gains and progression are addicting
