Had not trained in a very long time till a couple weeks ago (like 6+ months). Only running test sust which is unusual for me to not throw an oral in, 600-900mg weekly. Up from 175-180 to about 195 already, and lifts are skyrocketing back to near previous levels (obv) still a ways to go. But it's funny how much different 4 upper and 4 lower days can make in lifts with test. Literally did 185x10 (or not even) on bench when I came back and now I'm up to 210x12 three bench sessions later.

my lips get really red sometimes and theres contrast/lighting going on so might make it look as if he has makeup
