I imagine the plan is to sign a veteran backup for the NHL (someone better than Delia) and let Silovs carry the load for one whole season in the AHL.

He only just turned 22 and only has about 1 season's worth of pro games under his belt.

He'll probably still get a handful of NHL games if someone gets injured or is struggling in the NHL.

And Martin has probably played himself into a demotion down to AHL backup.

Seems like Lolnucks are targeting wallinder, Danielson, and Barlow with their pick. Apparently those are the players that canucks took out for dinner.

Now more reports saying canucks are very high on wallinder. Seems a bit of a reach at 11th, hoping they trade down to 12 to 19 range to recoup a 2nd or shred a contract. However with all these reports, chances are unlikely since some team may just grief and pick him lol. Alvin will end up just getting his guy at 11.

Reinbacher would be the ideal guy to take, as ppl call him seider without the offense. He won't need to bring in any offense playing with Hughes though, whereas other teams he may have to if he wants to be a 1rhd.

ASP is apparently a very promising pick after reinbacher, but it just doesn't make sense for the Canucks since they have Hughes already. So I can see why wallinder makes the most sense, he is described like tanev, isn't flashy but very reliable and hard to play against, breaks up plays and wins board battles often.

Benson and wood also went out for dinner. Idk if Benson will drop cuz of his size, but I think he would be the BPA if he is there at 11.

Seravalli reported that the Canucks been sitting on a myers deal for couple of weeks. Today, dahli reports that he's officially on the market for trade.

Canucks qualify hirose, Hoglander and Kravtsov. Also signs juulsen to 2 way deal for 2 yrs.

Bear isn't qualified, but when he's back from injury, maybe they can bring him back for cheap and if he's willing to
