Belt: OW belt with 24fhr, str,life,cold res
Switch: Jmod 4/4 psn faceted. Cta.

5x Shadow lifers / Fhr
Rest full of life/res fhr/res frw/res life/ar sc's

Same basic skill setup but a few more in CoS.

I find the insane frw to be invaluable.

For zon's get a few nice claws with CB staffmod. Fury+cold res jewel facets gt's can work for stack
