Not quite. The KIV BT900 and the KDC-x994 were part of the same year. the 994 was part of the eXcelon series, while the BT900 was not.

In reality, I think the BT900 is a better deck, although it doesnt have a CD Drive. Does display quite good though and I like how it shows the album art.

Both of them are out-dated btw.

The BT901 and the x995 are both out already.

whats the main difference between the 900 and 901

and i've figured if i got a headunit that doesn't use cd's then i won't get angry when they wont play when there too scratched up lol

i'm guessing this is the answer to the question but->

if a mono block amp has a + + - -
for speaker terminals, it is that way so you can use two subwoofers with the amp?

I'd have to double check, but I think the only differences are Pandora and maybe HD Radio?

First, are you sure its a mono amp?
Does it allow you to bridge it at all?

You can use 2 subs on any mono amp, just be observant of your ohm load.

Yes it is a monoblock amp, it's a crunch 2000 watt, and I'd be putting two kicker 800 watt DVC 2ohm per voice coil on it, both on either a 1 or 4 ohm load
