It was his choice to leave ladder. It just allows you to challenge since you now move up because he left.

The onus is on the person being challenged to inform the ladder staff regarding the status of the challenge or the one being challenged receives a dodge and loses their rank.

If lacap challenged and messaged tonice and tonice never responded nor informed the staff about the challenge then it's a dodge if lacap wants it.

Yes if Lacapitale wants his spot, he can have it and LBG will have Tonice to challenge for 3 while Lacapitale will take #2.
