Just noticed the last few replies in here. I know late, but still.

Dodge lock rarely happens in PvM unless you run/teleport right into packs of mobs. Normally you should be able to keep a distance from the mobs and take 'em out easily.
I intended to make a repost, including Phoenix as my main switch shield, which was what I used on my last setup. Then I retired from d2 so I didn't bother remaking the whole thing. Your setup is fine and in no way I would criticize it the way you thought I would.
I'm running my zon on kuk b0t she's 98 now so I tele a lot now I re stat her so no more dodge n evade so I don't dodge lock I slap ss shield on her now for more dr doing 97% run rate
