eni... i dont know what you guys are mainly doing in pvm, i do baalruns, even if i dont tele to baal. you can tele to nihla and most important, why would you have the best char in game to kill baal in 2 seconds if you need to walk to him and he is dead as you arrive? that would be like not using telekinesis on sorc for using waypoints, tps in town or the stash.
pheonix on main slot... rediculous, even a clean monarch socketed with either ias/@ or facets beats this by far

go for griffon, also get some skillers i always go with 10 since i dont like torch, even now that the chance to cast torchfire is only at 5%

i ALWAYS go for maiden javelins dont want to waist any points in dex for not needed phys dmg. 4/30 are enough in most cases
Thats it i guess, since you didnt point this guid out for being especially for baal/chaos or anything else, its useable, but i like guides more precise at the use of the char.
its simple, on a soso the +5 is close to nothing, so only the -% counts there
for java you should get -5/5
