Just want to make sure I have this right. Every 5 levels gives me access to a new tier? At level 10 I can do tier 3, level 15 tier 4 and so on.

Im currently rank 21 in muting. I can mute lvl 20 magical junk but not rare or better. However, i can mute tier IIII items still (i get no experience just the essence), tier IV, tier V, and tier VI of all grades.

Technically the easiest way of figureing out what u can do is... Your (Current Minimum +2 tiers) -1 magical type
So Rank 1 = Minimum T1 Rare+ (this means t1 rare +2 tiers = t3 rare) and then u have to -1 magical type = magical t3

This does however not work on the uniques, where u actually need +2 more ranks

But every rank 1s and 6s (1-6-11-16-21...) you can always do magicals of 2 tiers higher than what the minimum is
