And the - res is the only sub stat it can have, and it is always there.

Sunder = break immune.

We had to go hybrid b4, otherwise we couldn't kill immunes, say, you're cold sorc, then you can't kill cold immunes no matter how your cold dmg is huge. With Cold Sunder, you can break cold immunes(100% or more) and they will become 95% CR. Now you can kill them slowly, or get some -CR items, say, -5/5 Facet, then they'll become 90% CR.

VS none-immunes, sunder has no effect but -70% to 90% on you.

You might think they are not worth now, but you'll find they are one of the best items someday ;)
