It would but the people that do baal runs usually do it because:
1) they dont know any better
2) they want to get afk exp while doing something else or are lazy
3) nostalgia maybe?
4) lack the coordination to play as a group in randomly generated areas - this seems dumb but i've seen some hosts literally screaming at people to not use teleport while doing tomb TZ because it was too hard to stay together/keep up
