I can tell you that what they write "You can help by sending Mod Team Members personal messages when you see issues that need immediate attention, or using the report post button, located in each topic, for minor infractions." does not help.
i think you have to click the Gold button to get recognized as trusted.

But dont want to annoy the mods with ,,small,, trades like 1k ....
For them its nothing xD

It's exactly what mediation is for. So please use it if you feel something is off in any way.

You should use it for all trades. They will eventually implement automatic mediation
