I've always felt extremely safe in London compared to living in Scotland when I was younger. It's a softer place down here.

My whole country is one of the safest in the world (rated 2nd in Europe)
City wise, same. Absolute gem to live in. Around 200k people, great transport, city on coast with massive tourist income during summer, mountains in the back with massive tourist income during winter.
As safe as it can get. Girls walking home from night out in 3-4am with no issues or stress whatsoever. Sounds crazy but it's chill af
