No. It was bad enough before covid/BLM hit the city. Now it’s much much worse. Records were broken 2 years in a row for number of homicides. The police force shrank and the population shrank. Hundreds of families moved away. I’m glad I live in the country, and I keep mostly to the outskirts of the city when I go shopping or gym, but even there I still see some scum. The mayor there is a fucking retard.
