Are guys excited about the changes (it is massive, such as being able to trade legendaries and more).

D2R players likely not very excited

Most of us aren't going to care at this point because the game's core is d3s, not D2s. You can dress it up as much as you want or make the itemization decent but at the end of the day its a far more shallow game than d2 and won't ever be a better game.

Speak for yourself but I'm tempted to move from cows,baal,chaos to something else... Was hoping they fix D4 or start it from scratch but you should read those changes to make your own idea

Nothing will ever beat d2.. at least in my heart but I meed to give it a try at least

this is a fair take.

i wouldnt say that im excited, but rather i am glad that they are giving d4 a much needed overhaul, and am going to remain skeptical given there recent history. however, i will be login in for d4's 4rth season to see how the changes feel for myself. dont see why i shouldnt, ive already bought the game.

either way, its pretty clear d2 players and d4 players are just a different breed and d4 has a long way to go before it even begins to compete with d2 imo.

Seems fair. I also already bought thay pile of crap. Im scared that this is actually most of the content they intented to put in the DLC... Wouldn't be surprised but they seem to have some sense of urgency and I love it

I wouldn't say I'm excited, but I will definitely try it and give it a chance. This is objectively a major overhaul and is taking many ideas from PoE/Last Epoch with item customization.

Hate it if it's bad and not fun for you IMO. It's silly to dismiss things without trying them or even knowing how they work

I also think many people here underestimate D3 and how much better it got in the last few patches. The game had issues earlier on but it's current state is actually quite good and many builds are viable.
