I don’t get the hesitation with going full blast and going completely open trading.
The account bound garbage started with Diablo 3 and that is the worst regarded Diablo game ever.
Especially when you can still essentially trade for Uber uniques it is just annoying and time consuming

Im D3 they did opposite to what they are doing now, D3 started with full open trading and then big itemization patch came in first year and in second year or a bit less they added expansion and removed open trading (Auction house also). Hope this time we will get full trading after 2 years or less.
And d3 got worse when they did that, which is why it’s baffling that d4 has went all this time with an awful trade economy if you can even call it that
