Since LBJ's famous "He who controls the weather controls the world" speech there has been a concerted effort to manipulate the atmosphere in a multitude of ways. They were making it rain/monsoon in Vietnam under "Project Popeye". They've been making it snow using "chemical ice nucleation".
You can go to Home Depot/Menards or order online a test kit for less then 20 bucks and you can go to your closest stream/pond/tributary and find everything they dump on us. You can literally do9 a chemical test and prove this is happening but that's how lazy liberals are. Pretend they care about the environment when in reality the entire biosphere is on the brink of collapse and "chemtrails" are putting our collective existence into the coffin. The wealthiest individuals and countries preparing for much worse droughts, flooding, hazardous weather, etc. People still arguing about whose going to be the captain of the Titanic as we all go down.
The United States has been using weather as a weapon for 75 years with disastrous results.

Just remember though "Stratospheric Aerosol Injections" are an INTERNATONAL experiment across the entire planet and so all militaries are involved/complicit in this. They cooperate to get the desired outcome they want.

These metals are incendiary and are also a MAIN reason for the explosion in intensity of wildfires WORLDWIDE. The tops of tree canopies and the forest floor are so saturated with these metals when they burn it becomes much harder to put out.
