Oh yes, the frieza Arc Last for quite a long Time.. but it was one of the most memorable I think (in the whole series) the frieza episodes was broadcasted in the year 1991 in my Country. I was in elementary school back then. B) So much memories and nostalgia ! ahaha

I Too, was watching them again. All the episodes of dragon ball z At radditz first then nappa and vegeta (going to earth) all the way to dragon ball z Tournament goten and trunks meeting the late goku for the first time! followed by dabura, babidi and majin buu saga ofc and honestly it was kinda refreshing Too. discoverning all the espiodes again at my Age !
So I understand what your feelings are. B)

If you liked DB Super.. just wait. Because at manga there are two more sagas done. two + half ^^

Shounen is not an english but a jap word. it means meant for teenage (10-15) or young men. This is what These Animes are for (cf. the Animes you've mentioned above. B) )

Example of "shounen" Anime are : dbz, One piece, Naruto etc...

and Seinen is more towards Adults (30+) or young adults (20-25) ... (for example "To Love-ru" is a seinen 👍)

Jujutsu Kaisen's "Domain Expansions" are heavily inspired from Bleach's "Bankais"
Not everybody has one but when they use it you know shit is about to pop off.
